Live Guitars is a guitar design and manufacturing studio located on the Gold Coast, QLD. In 2025 they came to me for a logo redesign, visual identity, and the creation of brand assets.

Brief

To create a brand that was creative, illustrative, individualist, fun, and creating a sense of play for the customer. All designs and assets were to be inspired by 1950’s design, referencing the decade that the electric guitar was invented and the beginning of the rock and roll music scene.

Outcome

Using inspiration from 1950’s comics, and classic designers like Eames, I created a bold dynamic logo and visual identity. My working relationship with Live Guitars is ongoing, with upcoming projects in late 2026.
